one of the main activities of developers and small children. Same as children asking “why” on repeat, queries are used to request data. Developers query tables in a database or a combination of tables. Queries are usually written in a query language such as SQL. This allows users to extract information from tables, aggregate it, order it or perform various actions on the table or group of tables, such as updating rows or inserting new data.
