Kanban is a workflow management framework used by agile teams to visualize work, identify blockers and ensure a smooth delivery. This method is most frequently identified with the Kanban board, a tool used to depict work at various stages of the process. Kanban boards use cards to represent tasks and columns to represent each stage of the process (done, in progress, blocked etc.). Cards are moved throughout the columns depending on their status.
