a different angle on frontend development. Angular is a frontend framework developed by Google as a ground-up rewrite of AngularJS. Angular is used as the frontend of the MEAN stack, consisting of MongoDB, Express.js and Node.js. Angular is a TypeScript-based framework with a modular structure and a hierarchy of components instead of a “scope” or controllers. The main building blocks are modules, components, templates, metadata, data binding, directives, services and dependency injection.
