Agile

Dev & startup terminologies, Dev process terms | noun

a cult established in the early 2000s by a group of 17 software developers who enjoyed holding SCRUM ceremonies, playing planning poker and grooming the backlog. It then became a mainstream religion and is now known as a software development methodology. Agile is centred around the idea of iterative development. In order to be Agile, make sure you deliver semi-functional features to your clients at regular intervals. You can even deliver stuff that doesn't work at all. Just tell them it's an MVP and you have to iterate.

“Wow, Dave. Look at those calves. Have you been working out? Nope. Just started a new project and the stand-ups last at least two hours.”
